Majaal delivers. Developed in three phases and now fully occupied and fully operational, Majaal’s first project offers 400,000 square feet of leasable indutstrial facilities which seek to support the growing needs of the Small to Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) segment of the market. Majaal now also offers branded development management services to third parties as it looks to regional expansion.
With 28 existing tenants, the complex serves a wide variety of businesses with unit sizes ranging from 2,700 square feet up to 100,000 square feet.

The complex is situated at BIW, a landmark US$ 1.6 billion mixed-use industrial, logistics, commercial development, covering 170 hectares in the newly designated Salman Industrial City. BIW is strategically located near Bahrain International Airport and the new deep water Khalifa bin Salman Port which opened in April 2009. With easy access to the city centre, the King Fahd causeway to Saudi, and the planned Friendship causeway to Qatar, the site is well connected to all transport hubs.
